During the month of January the PC guys decided to do Janu-hairy, meaning they didn't shave. So Matt grew a beard, and by my surprise, a pretty good one! They concluded this male bonding event by having a day titled "Janu-hairy to Gary". Gary Ricucci is the Pastor for the PC guys and their families. Gary and his wife, Betsy have had such an impact on our life, marriage, parenting, you name it... oh, and did I mention, Gary has a mustache. So on "Janu-hairy to Gary" day, the guys shaved off their beards, but left their mustaches in honor of Gary. They also put white accrilic paint in their hair and mustaches so they would look even more like Gary! It was so weird to see Matt with a mustache - I thought he looked like a basketball coach from the 70's. But when he added the paint and parted his hair, Matt and I were both pretty amazed how much he looked like his dad.

ha... do you think Matthew will still have hair in 30 years? Even if it doesn't fall out, he will probably shave it :-)
