When Lincoln was just three weeks old, he had his first visit from Bonka and Grandma! It was a great weekend filled with lots of relaxing because we got ANOTHER snow storm. We even had to cancel church! It was nice to be snowed in together because the kids got to enjoy lots of attention! When Case was born, Cornie bought him this awesome little camo outfit with a matching hat so naturally that has been passed down to Lincoln. So when they came to visit he bought Sadie and Case camo hats and t-shirts so they could all take their picture together in a camo! Unfortunately when it was time for the picture, I couldn't find Lincolns hat anywhere (a couple weeks later it showed up in his pajama drawer)! But it's still a great picture and the kids LOVE their camo gear!
Most people were pretty bummed about another snow storm so late in March but I was pretty excited because I had been too pregnant during the previous ones to play outside with the kids. Well, it was probably a little too soon after the c-section to be pulling the kids around in a sled (I paid for it the next couple days) but it was sooooo fun!
I pulled the kids in the sled in the front yard and they we went and played in the backyard where they climed a fallen tree and we followed some tracks for a little adventure. The kids said the tracks were from Peter Rabbit!
Deb was a great help over the weekend and enjoyed snuggling her third grandchild!
